When will the 2021-2022 data confirmation window open?
The 2021-2022 Data Confirmation/Student Pre-Registration window will open on July 20, 2021.
Is enrollment required for Charter Oak USD?
This Enrollment process is NOT necessary for any student that was enrolled in a Charter Oak USD school during the 20-21 school year and is moving up to the next grade level. Only NEW students starting Kinder/TK or coming from another district need to complete this process.
Is Royal Oak Middle School on the Honor Roll?
Royal Oak Middle School was a clear leader in getting students to grade-level and beyond and has been named to the 2019 – 2020 Honor Roll. The 2019 - 2020 Honor Roll recognizes public elementary, middle, and high schools that demonstrate high levels of student academic achievement, improvement in achievement over time, and reduction in achievement gaps.
Does Charter Oak require data confirmation?
Every year Charter Oak USD requires all new and returning students to complete the Data Confirmation process. This is an opportunity for parents to edit/confirm emergency contacts, review school-site policies, and renew the yearly authorizations. This process must be completed for every student before classes/teachers will be officially assigned.
