After starting the quest to find the wolf school gear, at the signal tower in Kaer Morhen, one of the power crystals to activate the portal seems to be missing. I can open the chest in the tower, read the notes in it, and charge the first crystal. But the second crystal, the one on the outside wall of the tower, is simply not there.

Im still having same issue. Chest is inactive, portal is inactive, and there is no crystal on the wall outside of the tower.

Same here. The chest won't highlight/prompt a button push allowing me to open. Tried meditating, loading an earlier save (from Act I) and other previous saves. Help!
